The Primary objective at the I.T.I. in Electronic Mechanic is to impart high level skill for artisan in acquiring highest practical knowledge on par with international standards.

Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Must have passed Karnataka SSLC or equivalent examination. Candidates other than Karnataka SSLC have to produce eligibility certificate obtained from the Board of Technical Examinations, Bangalore - 560 001 before admission.
Must have studied for at least five full academic years in Karnataka between 1st Standard and qualifying examination (study of one class for one year will be treated as one academic year).
The selection of candidates will be made by the management as per the rules prescribed by the Government of Karnataka.
All the courses are of SIX Semesters (Three Years) duration.

There are separate student's Hostels both for boys and girls. Raman Hostels are conveniently close to most amenities and services, and the extensive schedule of transport services makes the Hostel an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the city.
The hostel provides a cot, a mattress, a study table, a chair and a cupboard for each student.
Every hostel has solar heated water facility, water cooler, common telephone, common TV Room, common reading room etc.
All the hostels have fully-equipped messes where along with good quality of food also maintains cleanliness and hygiene. The mess serves a varied choice of both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian cuisines.
